Exercise regularly: The exercise should neither be too light nor too intense.
Weight: Maintaining a normal weight is very crucial. Obesity is directly related to testosterone levels – a key hormone responsible for sperm production.
Eat balanced diet: Balanced diet provides the necessary nutrients to optimize sperm function.
