Ministry of Ayush and the Department of Biotechnology have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to unite their expertise for evidence-based biotechnological interventions in the healthcare domain. By fostering inter-ministerial cooperation, the collaboration between the Ministry of Ayush and DBT is expected to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and novel intervention strategies for complex medical conditions. Dr. Rajesh S Gokhale, Secretary of DBT, expressed optimism about the venture, stating that it holds great potential for generating new means of tackling difficult-to-treat diseases.
