As temperature drops in this season, humidity levels also drop and our skin loses its moisture to the dry air around us. So, during autumn, switch to a more moisturizing cleanser that can help to hydrate dry skin and support the skin’s barrier to help protect you from the damaging effects of the cold weather. It also helps to wash away the dead skin cells, without leaving skin feeling tight or dry
If you are not going outside but spending a lot of time in front of your computer and mobile screen which produces skin damaging light, will also affect some premature skin problems. So, applying and re-applying sunscreen or serum every 2-3 hours will help you to protect your exposing skin. Apart from this, you should also use a physical sunscreen like umbrella or a hat.
