Phytic acid in these nuts causes indigestion and can be easily removed by soaking them overnight. Soaked nuts are also easily digestible and better in taste and texture.

Nutritionist Juhi Kapoor recently shared some superfoods that can help with micronutrient deficiency and relieve symptoms of chronic or persistent health issues. Below is the list:

1. Soaked Almond

According to Juhi Kapoor, soaked almonds can help relieve Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Also, it relives acne and can help in achieving glowing skin. Soak around 5 almonds overnight, peel them and consume in the morning.

2. Soaked Raisins and Kesar

Soak 6-8 raisins and two strands of kesar overnight. Consume in the morning as it can help in period pain and irregular periods.

3. Soaked Black Raisins

Soak black raisins overnight and eat in the morning to get rid of hair fall and immunity-related problems.

4. Soaked Walnuts

Soak two walnuts overnight. Consume it in the morning to boost brain power, concentration and memory.

5. Soaked moong

Consuming soaked moong in the morning can be helpful in muscle health and good skin.
