According to data shared by the health department on Sunday, the national capital reported only 33 cases of COVID-19 and zero death in a day while the positivity rate stood at 0.07 per cent. So far Delhi has recorded one death caused in October. Five people had succumbed to coronavirus in October.
The coronavirus infection tally in the city has reached to 14,38,966 including the new cases.
Of this, over 14.13 lakh patients have recovered from the disease. The previous day, the death toll stands at 25,088.
According to the health bulletin, authorities conducted 50,631 tests, including 43,365 RT-PCR ones on Saturday. In Delhi, there are 386 active coronavirus cases, of which 115 are in home isolation. The number of containment zones stands at 96.
Delhi reported 33 cases of COVID-19 and one death on Saturday and 31 cases on Friday. In April and May, Delhi battled a brutal pinch surge of the illness that claimed a massive number of lives with the issue of oxygen lack at hospitals adding to the pains.
On April 20, Delhi had reported cases, the uppermost in the town since the outset of the curse. On April 22 the case positivity rate was36.2 per cent, the uppermost so far.

According to government data,1.82 crore vaccine physics have been administered in Delhi since the inoculation exercise started on January 16. Over 60 lakh people have entered both physics.
