Dental implant treatments have a high success rate and can provide long-term benefits.

Maharashtra Minister Tanaji Sawant announced on Monday that the Pradhan Mantra Jan Aarogya and Mahatma Phule Jan Aarogya schemes will now pay for dental care.

In response to a query from state legislative council member Satyajeet Tambe, the state public health minister made the announcement.

The two programs, which offer a variety of free medical treatments at hospitals accredited by the government, are now more widely covered by this expansion.

At the moment, the programs recognize 1,000 hospitals that are run by the state and the private sector. The most recent decision will add 900 more hospitals to the list. By July 31, the expansion should be finished, according to Sawant.

According to him, the state government is also in the process of creating an anti-fraud application to stop hospitals from submitting false invoices.
