NEET PG 2024 Exam on August 11: Items Banned Inside the Exam Hall

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 exam, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), is scheduled for August 11. The exam will be held in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and the second from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Candidates who have registered for the test can now download their admit cards from the official NBEMS website (nbe.edu.in).

Important Admit Card Instructions

When printing the NEET PG admit card, candidates must ensure it is printed in color on a single A4 size white paper, using both sides (back to back). This card is essential for entry into the examination hall.

Exam Format and Location

The NEET PG 2024 will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) across 500 test centers in 185 cities nationwide. The exam will follow a time-bound pattern, meaning all candidates will have the same amount of time to complete each section, no matter where they are taking the exam.

Candidates were informed of their test city on July 29 via their registered email addresses, and the admit cards were made available on the NBEMS website on August 8.

What to Bring to the Exam Center?

On the day of the exam, candidates are only allowed to bring a printed copy of their admit card, a valid government-issued photo ID (in original), and a photocopy of their permanent or provisional SMC, MCI, or NMC registration. No other items are permitted.
