International Yoga Day 2021: Wockhardt Hospital Organises Yoga Day For The Overall Well-Being Of Doctors, Nurses And Ward Boys

Yoga has been one of the most influential workouts in the history of rejuvenating people’s bodies, minds, and souls. June 21 is celebrated as the ‘International Yoga Day’ every year. This Day is used to create awareness about the facts and effects of Yoga on the health of the people. In India Yoga is considered to be 5,000 years old mental, physical and spiritual practice.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central organized Yoga Day for the overall well-being of the doctors, nurses and ward boys in helping to prepare them for future pandemics.
