“Migraine can’t be cured but in case of sudden pain or migraine pain, you can get relief by following a few things such.Sit in a dark room, massage your scalp and place a cold cloth on your head or on your neck. Those who are suffering from migraines should try to keep themselves away from stress and avoid alcohol. They should also try to get a good sleep and avoid skipping meals.
