On International Women’s Day, Initial Hygiene India Partners With Woloo, A Unique Concept Of Washroom Services For Women, To Provide Safe, Clean, Hygienic And Accessible Washrooms

Initial Hygiene, the leading hygiene service provider in India, has allied with “Woloo Assurance of Hygiene (WAH)” on a hygiene safety initiative for women on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Via this initiative – Woloo Hosts provide high quality washrooms for women in line with global standards supported by Initial Hygiene products and services. The initiative has been launched to help women access safe and hygienic washrooms that follow a global standard protocol based on safety, hygiene, and accessibility parameters during their daily commute.

In the ‘new normal’ world, safety and hygiene are the primary concerns for women as they step outdoors. Initial Hygiene has a wide portfolio of products and services specially targeted to support Women’s washroom and menstrual hygiene. These include feminine hygiene units, sanitary napkin vending machines, provision and maintenance of products such as soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, hand dryers, air care and purification, cubicle and surface sanitizers and floor protection mats.

Initial Hygiene’s solutions have helped Woloo hosts to maintain the highest standards of hygiene of their washrooms in line with internationally approved quality standards, which are specifically designed to reduce illness from germ and virus transmission and increase engagement levels.

In line with the global theme of Women’s Day, Initial Hygiene has created a social campaign #BreakTheHygieneBias. The campaign tries to highlight the challenges that women must face in accessing menstrual hygiene and washroom facilities. This bias in the availability of washroom hygiene services impacts their overall wellbeing.  Through this campaign Initial Hygiene seeks to highlight these challenges and express their vote of support to organizations such as Woloo who are actively committed to this cause. Woloo has also come up with their campaign that seeks to #GiveHerSpace, which is a huge step towards empowering women in outdoor spaces.

Nishat Goyal, Chief Operating Officer, Initial Hygiene India said, “We are thrilled to partner with Woloo, a tech-enabled loo discovery platform app that helps women locate the nearest washroom without thinking twice.  This allows us to offer our hygiene washroom services to Woloo Assurance of Hygiene and take a step towards our stated corporate objective of significantly removing washroom bias and improving the quality of life of women.”

Mr Manish Kelshikar, Founder of Woloo, added, We are happy to partner with Initial Hygiene to enhance quality of life of women. Initial Hygiene is one of the largest hygiene business services in the world.
