Just ahead of International Yoga day, Bollywood actress and fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora is seen urging people to indulge in some kind of exercise. The video she shares shows that you can start exercise at any age and any time of life. In the video she is seen sweating it out by performing some hardcore exercises to build fit body and solid core.
Malaika is seen walking on the treadmill in the video and doing side-to-side jumps, leg raise, stretching sideways, squats and finally cooling down in yoga mundra.
She urged people to take up some form of fitness and asked people to start working out in her caption.
The actress is calling people to work out with her in a live session, and asked people if they too want to workout like her. Following this she directed people to click on the link she posted in her bio. The actress was again spotted at the gym to remain fit, ever since the lockdown rules were eased.
In the video Malaika is seen wearing a grey gym wear that looked very comfortable allowing her to move her body swiftly and tied her hair in a pony.
