Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, who shares health and fitness-related posts regularly on Instagram, has suggested some tips to support your uterus.

According to Diwekar, women are at higher risk of uterus prolapse during menopause. This is because women are weak around the pelvic floor and lower body during menopause. She has shared some tips that can be helpful for women in such situations.
