Choose a sustainable diet: While fad diets can give quick results, they can also jeopardise your metabolism and mental wellness. This is why choosing a diet plan that not only satisfies your objectives but also fits into your daily routine is the best way to shed some extra kilos.

Increase vitamin D intake: Vitamin D is very important for our body. Apart from making our immune system strong, it is important for bone and can also avoid chronic health problems. It is therefore important to catch some sunlight every day. 10-15 minutes of sunlight per day is enough for our body.

Incorporate movement: Whether you are doing a workout is not that important. What is important is to get your blood flowing and stimulate oxygen delivery to every region of your body. So it is always better to include some type of physical activity in your daily routine. This can be simply walking.
