Renowned real estate developer partners with Tara Mobile Creches and FPAI to offer on-site healthcare services to construction workers in Pune.

Goel Ganga Group, a leading real estate developer, recently conducted a one-day-long medical camp for construction site workers at Ganga Altus and Ganga Dham Towers. In collaboration with Tara Mobile Creches and FPAI, the initiative aimed to prioritize the health and well-being of the hardworking employees.

The medical camp, held directly at the construction site, offered workers the opportunity to receive immediate medical consultation and treatment from specialist doctors associated with Balaji Hospital in Kharadi.

“Running the camp for laborers who work with such passion was a wonderful experience. I feel that it is my obligation to take care of both their physical and mental health as well,” expressed Mr. Sachin P Gaikwad, the Safety Manager at Goel Ganga Group.

During the camp, a total of 137 workers actively participated and underwent comprehensive health screenings. Vital parameters such as blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood sugar levels were thoroughly examined. Each worker received a free physical examination, general check-up, and access to treatment and physiotherapy as required.

By collaborating with Tara Mobile Creches and FPAI, the Goel Ganga Group ensured that essential healthcare services were made readily available to the employees. The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to the well-being of its workforce.

The focus on mental health was also a key aspect of the medical camp. Recognizing the importance of mental well-being in overall health, workers were provided with resources and counseling to address any stress or psychological concerns they might face.

Goel Ganga Group’s efforts to prioritize the health and welfare of their construction workers exemplify their dedication to creating a supportive and nurturing work environment.
