Whenever you see dark circles and puffiness around your eyes, it makes you look tired and fatigued. You can have dark circles no matter how perfect your skin is, or how good your skincare routine is. Puffiness around the eyes will always add dullness to your face.
It is quite frustrating, right?
Well, you might have tried every possible home remedy on the face to get rid of this puffiness around the eyes, but nothing seems to have worked. Well, facial yoga can take care of it.
Physical exercises can be really helpful for your skin. It might take a little longer to see results but if you practice facial yoga regularly, you will experience its long-lasting effect on your under-eye area.
The best part of facial yoga is that it can be done anywhere and at any time. You will only need 15 minutes from your daily schedule to practice it.
Facial Yoga
Now, try these three facial yoga that will erase your dark circles and will smoothen the puffiness around your eyes:
Tap your dark circles away
Tapping is a very easy way to get rid of dark circles. In this process, you just need to place your index and middle finger on the inner side of your eye socket, then press it gently for 5 to 10 seconds.
Next, you have to start tapping the under-eye region lightly. Now go from inside to outside and circularly trace the area till above your eyebrows. Do 10 to 15 repetitions of this as a part of your facial yoga routine.
Tapping helps in improving the blood circulation in the area, and this improves blood flow then lightens the dark circles and makes your under-eye area look healthy and youthful.
Use the victory sign to remove puffiness
This is quite interesting to know how a victory sign can remove the puffiness around the eyes. Make a victory sign using your index and middle finger and place the index finger on the outer corner of the eye and the middle finger on the inner corner. You will have to perform this exercise for both the eyes simultaneously.
While doing this, very lightly use the pressure to press your fingers down and look up with your eyeballs.
Here the trick is that you cannot wrinkle up your forehead. Therefore, you should ensure that you keep your forehead smooth even when you’re looking up.
Try to squint your eyes slightly and hold this for a minimum of 10 seconds. Doing this thrice a day will ensure that you don’t experience puffiness.

Pull back for smooth under-eye skin
Pulling back the under skin for smoothness helps a lot in getting rid of dark circles. In this process, you have to place the index finger on your eyebrow and the middle finger below your eye. Do this for both the eyes.
Then pull the fingers towards the hairline with light pressure on the skin. As you pull the fingers, close the gap between them.
There should be no gap between the fingertips by the time they reach your hairline. Slightly tap at the hairline and repeat the process for 3 to 5 times. This helps in smoothening the skin under your eyes and enhances the blood circulation which will lighten the dark circles.
Set aside 15 minutes daily to experience the benefits of facial yoga.
