In the post, he was seen donning a pair of neon green swimwear shorts, a scuba mask with mask tamer on the strap and a pair of scuba diving fins or flippers.

Know the Method to do Sukhasana

To do this, you need to sit on a Yoga mat or on the floor with your legs stretched out. Now, bend one of your legs and place it under the opposite thigh and repeat the same with the other leg.

For this asana, you need to sit erect and keep your head, neck in a straight line. Now put your hand on your knees or thighs in Chin Mudra or Jnana Mudra, now put your palms up to be open or down to feel grounded and start inhaling slowly, and exhale slowly root down through your seat

Know the Benefits of Sukhasana

Apart from stillness, Sukhasana relieves your muscles and joint pains as it helps the person to maintain a good posture, gives flexibility and provides strength to the legs. This, in turn, lengthens the back muscles and spine, broadens the collarbones and chest, stretches the external aspect of the knees and unlocks the hips.
