One should make a 90-degree slant using their legs while lying on the back against the wall. With hands, one should lift the hips off the ground while balancing the full body on the shoulders.
Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Pose) can be practiced while doing Surya Namaskar. It increases the blood flow in the scalp and improves the oxygen flow. First, stand straight with your hip-width at a distance and reach the floor using your hands. Keep the face down and try to reach the arms with your ears. Keep this pose for 35 to 45 seconds.
Sirsasana (Headstand) reduces hair fall and prevents balding and hair thinning as it stimulates blood flow in the scalp. It averts hair greying and supports hair growth. Kneel and interlock fingers and place them at the back of the head. After that try to keep the forehead to the ground while bending down.
