Leading Ayurvedic Hospital Achieves International Recognition for Quality Healthcare Standards
Madhavbaug Cardiac Care Center and Hospitals, the renowned flagship brand of Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Ltd, has recently obtained NABH accreditation for its cutting-edge hospital located in Khopoli, Maharashtra. This prestigious recognition from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers serves as proof of the hospital’s commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services in accordance with global standards.
The NABH accreditation is a significant milestone for Madhavbaug, as the brand aims to expand its presence across India and elevate Indian Ayurveda to global prominence through evidence-based scientific practices. With an impressive 785 percent growth in profit after tax (PAT) amounting to Rs 3.46 crore in FY22, the company plans to scale up its network of healthcare centers to 600 and cater to 2 lakh patients annually by 2025. This ambitious goal surpasses the current patient footfall of 80,000 to 90,000 per year across its existing 270 centers.
Dr. Rohit Sane, the visionary founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Madhavbaug, expressed the company’s unwavering dedication to delivering quality patient care, fostering innovation, and striving for medical excellence. He emphasized the recruitment of highly committed doctors and support staff to ensure world-class healthcare services while maintaining a safe environment for patients and employees.
During the previous financial year, Madhavbaug successfully treated 17,382 patients through its healthcare clinics and hospitals. The leadership of Dr. Sane resulted in the recognition and publication of over 15 research papers in esteemed journals such as the Journal of the Association of Physicians of India (JAPI), European Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, International Journal of Research in Medical Sciences, and International Cardiology Journal, among others.
Looking ahead, Madhavbaug aims to focus on several key areas. This includes empanelment of clinics and hospitals with insurance companies, with a partnership already established with SBI General. The brand plans to forge tie-ups with corporates, advance its technological capabilities, explore online market spaces for its products, facilitate patient treatment financing, promote medical tourism, and enhance visibility and awareness of disease management practices.
